All orders include tracking, you will receive an email with your order ships!

All items ship to the address listed on the order.

LOST - DAMAGED - DELAYED PACKAGES:
We ship via USPS.
Occasionally USPS Packages are Lost or Delayed, Especially during peak Holiday times. Regularly USPS delivers a Package in 2-3 days for East coast (we are in NJ) and 3-5 Days to the West Coast.

If your package has been LOST (tracking never updates as delivered), we Always refund or replace LOST or DAMAGED Orders, ALWAYS.

*USPS also may mark a package Delivered when It has not been, Those packages Usually turn up within 3 Days (Sometimes next day). If your package has been marked DELIVERED and has not been You must file a claim with your local post office for package theft.

RETURNS:
We do accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Less original shipping. Returns must be in original condition.

Larger Items may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on items priority level, size, weight, and level of fragility.

If you prefer another shipping carrier please contact me and I would be happy to use them for an additional fee.

We will cancel your order and issue a full refund providing your item has not shipped.
If your item has shipped and you would like to cancel the order. The refund will be issued less shipping upon receipt of the returned item.
